DESCRIPTION
We have a current opening for a Production Supervisor at our Dallas, GA facility – please see the posting below and reach out to us at dallasjobs@cadprod.com if you have any questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Ensure quality standards satisfy internal and external customers.
- Confirm plant quality procedures are followed and verify the product meets specifications
- Supervise assigned personnel, providing direction and oversight while ensuring plant rules and policies are followed
- Maintain a safe workplace for all employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Meet plant productivity goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of high school diploma – a Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to motivate, train, discipline, and reward employees through excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, testing procedures, and customer requirements in a flexible packaging operation
- Minimum of 2-3 years prior supervisory experience overseeing operations in a manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed

TYPICAL SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday operation
- Overtime and weekends may be required to meet customer demands
- Standard shifts: Day shift 7 am to 3 pm, Afternoon shift 3 pm to 11 pm, and Night shift 11 pm to 7 am
